Best Exercise to make your shoulders look wider…

If you want to focus on your side shoulders or lateral deltoids to make them bigger to make your shoulders look wider…

You can just do one drop set of 40 reps of lateral raises before and/or after your regular workout here to get bigger shoulders so for example.. A workout you can do to get wider (side or lateral) shoulders may look like this…

The reason why you do the 40 rep drop set of lateral raises before your regular shoulder workout for bigger shoulders is to pre-exhaust your side shoulders before your shoulder workout so when you're doing handstand pushups, push press, or incline shoulder presses - you'll feel it a lot more in your lateral shoulders causing them to get wider.

If you don't have anything to lean on… You can do the same exercise standing straight up but Your side shoulders do most of the work when you're leaning away at an angle like in the video and…

Although standing straight up does work your side shoulders - your side shoulders do some of the work and also your traps do some of the work taking away from your side shoulder workout so if you can… Lean away at an angle for a better side shoulder workout and…

You can just do a regular workout for your side shoulders ONLY by doing 2-to-6 sets of 8-to-30 reps using drop sets to do all 8-to-30 reps using any ONE of these exercises here…
