Hey, I used to have such a flat stomach in elemntary but as soon as I hit high skool, it seems to be that I started eating more and ofcourse gained a lot of belly fat. Now I just started a routine of doing 100 skips, 10 jumping jacks, touch the celing 10 tymes, 5 push-ups, 10 leg raises and a set of 20 crunches. I do this 1-2 tymes a day. Do you think I should follow through with this for a flatter stoamch? Do you think it would make a difference if I do this daily.

In your case - your morning or breaskfast time would be opposite of most people's so...

I'm guessing your breakfast would be before you go to work at night but...

A bigger issue in gaining or losing belly fat is all about NOt eating bad foods that cause belly fat, Eating foods that prevent belly fat and staying active

i have a question, i work during the night so i mostly sleep during the day is it wise to eat breakfast before i go to sleep in the morning or is it better to skip breakfast and just exercise before i go to sleep so that way i wont gain any belly fat ?

I try to lose 60 pounds , and I'm 215 and 5'8 but my big problem is I love rice and beans, the starch, and In my culture we eat those things every day included vegetables, and I'm exercise 4 days a week for 25 minutes, what should I do

At your height and weight - it's going to be hard for you to lose weight simply because you are not overweight and since you are already lean - your body is actually going to fight against you to make you not lose weight and your body will actually relase hormones to make you hungry to put weight back on but...

I'm not trying to discourage you from not losing weight - You can lose weight with this plan here but... you have to be patient because true "FAT LOSS" for people of your height and weight is going to be slower so..

Only expect to lose 1/2-to-1 pound a week

Hello there, well once around last year i basically starved myself having a meal a day and some fruits for dinner and continue with my workout everyday of 3000skips and 100 push ups and sit ups each for relatively months, and then i lost weight, from 54 kg dropping to 46 kg, but it didn't stay long. I lost momentum and all my cravings just came back leading me to overeat, and gaining twice of em back and not i'm 57kg with a height of 1.64 m. I'm really pissed with myself not and at a loss, and i really don't know what to do. i hope you're able to give some real good advice so that i could stick to it and really look good naked cause i can't even fit into my skinny jeans i used to wear 6 months ago. ): Well i plan to go for 4km jogs around 5 in the mornings, and then its school, then cycling in the afternoon and evening for awhile. Will it do? I'm really at a loss now, please do help. thank you very much. i'm getting irritated with the fats and all.

My question is, I started back at the gym doing 45mins. aprox 275 calories burned and still nothing! 48 yo, 158lbs and 30lbs to lose

Instead of following the fast weight loss plan to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks off youtube...

You should do the 50 pound weight loss plan to lose more weight permanently and the reason why i say this is becasue...

The youtube video is mainly for people who need to lose weight fast in an emergency and since you don't have a weight loss emergency - YOu can focus on losing 1-to-2 pounds a week or 50 pounds or more in 5-to-8 months doing my 50 pound weight loss plan and...

As far as your exercise routine goes - twice a day is recommened so you're doing just fine with your exercise plan and...

Hi I'm currently following your diet program. I had order turbo jam and followed there diet plan but I felt like I was was starving myself. So I went online and seen some of your stuff on you-tube and decided to check you out. My prayers were answered! My family is in a very very very tight budget. Other websites charge you for the knowledge I got from your website. Well anyway I weight about 250lbs. 5'7in and 22 yrs old.I've been eating right and doing my exercises twice daily. But my main question for you is....Should I do anything else or add anything? I cant leave my house without a male escort because of religios beliefs. So I stay home all day. Is it okay just to workout twice daily. When the weather breaks, on the weekend I can get in a good Bike ride or two. Please give me some help. My goal for losing weight is for a good healthy pregnancy(god willing) b.cus I just had a miscarriage. I know dont have to lose weight to get pregnant I just want be healthy before and after the pregnancies. Thank you for your time. Peace and blessing 4u.

Hi. I just had a baby 4 months ago. This is number 4 for me. I am trying so hard to lose any weight. I am 30yrs old, 5'1 1/2" , and 128. When I had my baby I weighted 135. I've been going to gym. Instructor said to take whey protein shake. And a worker at gnc also suggested hydroxycut as well. I'm getting desperate. And I been drinking tons of water and eating smaller frequent healthy meals.

i am 22 and a fu time mum i weigh nearly 12 stone i never use to weigh this much.
i really need help i feel really depressed and low as a result eat alot of crisps or nothing at all i tell myself not to, my boyfriend no longer finds me attractive and is looking else where i ove him dearly and dont want to loose him please help me shed weight

I'm 17 and i'm pretty thin everywhere except for the gut i have. The fact that i'm flat shested make my gut look bigger than other girls who have a larger gut but fortunatley have a chest to make their bodies look more poportioned , i about 36 inches on the largest area of my stomach and i'd like to get down to 30 or even 32inches...any advice? Oh yea, i love "junk food"i guess you could say, but i eat healthy too...do i have to cut back a good percentage of the junk i eat?...how much is ok?
