4 reasons why the Alli Diet Pill won't help you lose weight

  1. Alli has too many disgusting side effects

If you don't know already... Alli's side effects include frequent and hard to control stools, oily anal discharge, diarrhea, and uncontrollable bowel movements so...

You have an easy choice to make... You can shit in your pants all day or lose only 1-2 pounds a week which you can do without Alli.
  2. Studies show that people only lost a measly 1-2 pounds a week with Alli

This can easily be done without Alli.  Just save your money and go on a simple fat loss plan to lose 1-2 pounds a week. alli will not help you lose much weight
  3. You have to go on a low-fat diet

To prevent disgusting side effects (see reason #1) the makers of Alli say you have to go on a low-fat diet which isn't bad but...  Going on the low fat diet alone is what causes you to lose weight in the first place (not Alli) but...

I guess if the fear of shitting in your pants (or having uncontrollable bowel movements) all day is enough to make you stop eating unhealthy fatty foods then I guess Alli is okay.
  4. Dr. James Anderson says Alli won't work
Dr. James Anderson, head of the UK College of Medicine Metabolic Research Group, said this about Alli...

"First of all, the drug doesn't work unless you have a certain amount of fat in your diet, Most people that are on low-fat diets are eating a lot of carbohydrates."

"Well, Alli doesn't block carbohydrates. On the other-hand, if you are eating a lot of fat in your diet, you're going to end up saying to yourself, 'I thought I was already toilet trained' because 25 percent of the people use this drug get oily spotting."
