I have been on diets so many times it's not even funny.
I've been gaining weight like 20lbs and lost 20lbs and on this cycle almost 3 years in a row. I never want to repeat this again and I know I have to control my self but when I get stress from work I just eat and eat and eat, also ends up not going to the gym cuz I feel heavy.. What should I change? obviously I need to change my mind set but what else?

I'm 38, have 3 kids, exercise regularly and eat healthily most of the time. however, for some unknown reason I put on half a stone in the last few weeks. I stumbled across your website and followed the advice regarding too much salt and drinking more water. I'm delighted to say I lost over 4 lb after one day! I would like to gain more knowledge in achieving my body transformation results. I'm currently in between my dream weight interval of 152lbs (150-155lbs) after losing 30 lbs. So I'm extremely satisfied, I'm would now just like to tone up(lose a few inches) and add a few inches(ie.muscle) all while maintaining my weight. I would love to lose a inch or two from my chest, arms, and stomach(smaller waist). But at the same time build muscle in my hips and butt region, preferably like 2 more inches. My measurements currently are 37-32-38.5 but would love 36-30-40. I'm currently semi active at the gym, aim to go about 3-4X/week incorporating cardio and weights. But I'm finding that most recently working out tends to lead to more weight loss which I'm aiming to avoid now and I notice my lower half shedding the weight first which I don't want. I've invested in purchasing whey protein isolate since I was told it would help gain muscle. I've looked through out the workout regimes suggested but they are aimed to women wanting to lose weight and gain curves or women wanting to gain weight and gain curves. I on the other hand want to maintan her weight and lose a few inches and tone her upper region while gaining a few inches in her lower region while toning as well. Hope I was able to provide you with as much information as possible, thanks.

I'm turning 21 next month and I'm really trying to gain a little bit more weight and curves. I have a few stretch marks on my hip area so I'm assuming some of my weight goes there and my waist is small. My size is 34 25 36 but I want to be 34 25 39.. I am 5'5 117 pounds

Hi, I am big into Kettle bell workouts, I wanted to know if you have any thing on here about them. I am 5'3, 208 lbs and losing. Any additional info on a workout that would be best for me would be great. I am attending my brothers wedding at the end of september and I really want to be near my goal weight (160 lbs) by then. I'm a very fit 39 year old female with a desk job but a very busy life. I'm active outside of work and a single mom, so we're always on the move. I work out hard with a trainer 2x wk. My body fat is about 24 percent (4 site calipers). I build muscle easily but don't want more muscle. I naturally have plenty. I want to lose the fat around the muscle. I weigh 150 and 140 is my goal weight. Nothing works. It seems like year after year the number keeps going up and now I'm at my highest. I eat really clean but I do snack occasionally on a piece of chocolate or popcorn. I never eat burgers, fries, doughnuts, chips or anything of the like. I'm at a loss. Please help, as you can imagine it's incredibly frustrating.

I read on the internet that calamari has a lot of health benefits for the heart and bones but it said nothing about weight and I don't even know if it is true about the heart and bones.

Hi Adrian, my hips area is bigger than other parts of my body. Although I have to work on everything, but hip, butt, and thighs are bigger than my upper body, especially my hips. So it is very frustrating for me when I want to wear something like a skirt because the upper body fits perfectly but I have to force myself to make the lower body fit as my hips is not the equal size. When I look at myself in the mirror, I think I am a pear-shaped. My question ..... is weight loss as easy for me as it is for somebody who is the same size all over their body and are proportionate or will it be more difficult for me? Also, do you know any exercises for fast fat-burning in the areas of hips, buns, and thighs but without any equipment so I can do them easily at home?

Forgot to also mention, I am graduating in July from university so my ultimate goal is to come down to 129 Pounds by then and probably 19% body fat but I am taking it slow. So that is why I want to come down to 145 pounds by April 7th, and then afterwards, I'll go towards the next step to lose another 16 pounds to reach my goal of 129 pounds, 19% body fat. Is this possible?

Hi Adrian, I just looked at the section of your site where people got results out of this plan and they told their stories and one woman said she lost 20 pounds on only one week. Is that possible? Also, I weigh 165 pounds and my height is about 5-7/5-8 and I am 25 years old. I began your plan On Saturday March 10th, 12. Is it possible for me to come down to 145 pounds at least by April 7th, 12. What weight would you think is possible for me to reach by April 7th, 12?

Adrian, is skipping ropes/jump rope good for losing weight. I have one and I use it as my cardio workout but I love it so much that I don't get tired doing it but after the workout, I'm sweating and my heartbeat is going really fast. Currently I do about 2000 skips in a day and I feel great about it. But I was wondering if it is a good fat burning exercise.

Sorry ... I have another question, when you say eat fruits and veggies right before each meal so fruits and veggies are considered as part of the meal? So when you say eat 4 times a day, you mean each meal excluding the fruits and veggies has to be only maximum 300 calories? Also, for example if you begin your first meal at 8:00 am and you finish it by 8:30am, you calculate your next meal 3-4 from when you began your first meal 8:00am or from when you finished the meal 8:30am? Sorry .... first time of being in weight loss plan! Waiting for the reply

For your last question it does not matter if you start from 8 or 8:30 but to make things easier for you... Just eat up to 4 meals a day and don't worry too much about WHEN

So Adrian when you say after each meal you eat nothing or up to 300 calories. In an example, is this correct? First meal which is breakfast is 8:00am and right before it, say 7:55am you eat your fruits and veggies and you eat NOTHING OR UP TO to 300 calories till your second meal which is say 12:00pm and then again right before your 12:00pm meal you eat your fruits and veggies again and the cycle repeats for all the meals? Is this correct? Also, that 300 calories that you can eat in between meals, can be anything from the list of foods you have suggested?
