Wow, what a great site! I am finding so much information to help me lose my last 20 lbs and get in better shape!
I lost 20 lbs training for a 10K, now that I've done a couple of those it's time to change up my whole routine and fine-tune my diet and this site is so inspiring. I can't wait to be more toned and fit!

Go here for bigger glutes

Eat complex carbs or anything thats not sugar or processed foods about 1 hour before working out for more energy and have some simple cars (sugar) like grape juice to help your muscles recover from working out.

well actually, im not lookin to loose weight, im lookin to gain. And increase muscle to get bigger glutes. My 1st question is, what exercises can I do to get bigger glutes and my 2nd question is do i eat before or after i exercise i how long should i wait to eat for either?

Replacement may i use that with the veggies and fruit diet with 40 mins of walking a day with dancing ,and doing light barbels

What is a good dosage of green tea pills? The current brand I am taking is Applied Nutrition Green Tea Fat Burner (liquid soft-gel). I take two in the morning before breakfast or my workout and two in the afternoon before lunch. Is this dosgae ok? Should I increase or decrease? Thanks in advance!

While I'm increasing my calories, should I take an extra fat burner to help my metabolism since it might have slowed down over the past month? I already take a B-12 microlozenge in addition to my hoodia supplement.

Yes, you Should try progressing with any weight training exercise.

If you're unsure as to what weight to use - start off with light weight (make sure you record how much weight your using) but you want to quickly progress to using moderate weights to begin seeing results

can best be sustained If you eat these weight loss foods and if you do this diet - I would still do the 2 times a day workout plan from how to lose 50 pounds in 5-8 months

I really appreciate the response. I wonder if I could lose more weight than 5 pounds within the 15-30 days. I was thinking about using the whey protein shake combo diet I saw of yours on youtube. If I could sustain that for 3 months would that be okay?

I am trying to lose 60 pounds by August 1st 2008. First of all is that possible? Also, I need to see some drastic results fast because it is starting to depress me the slow pace it is going now.

Last year I had a baby who will be a year on 4/25. I need the weight off now.

Please realize that since you only weigh 60kg (132 pounds) - you're not overweight and going down to 45kg (99 pounds) will make you underweight so it's going to be harder for you to lose weight (since you're not overweight) and the only think I think of to help you is to have you read How underweight people can lose their last 10 pounds but even still...

I think at your current weight and height - you already look good considering the fact you had a baby and please don't feel bad about yourself because...

It's lots of women out there who desperately want to be 132 pounds and go here to get rid of your flabby arms and go here for facial toning exercises

Any chest exercises (that're on my site or not) will help maintain and/or tone up chest area

To avoid getting big chest muscles - avoid the real heavy weights

I think for your goals you should foucs on doing 1-2 chest exercises in the same workout once a week and...

To do those 1-2 chest exercises for 4 sets of 8-12 reps and...

Try to do a different chest exercise every 2-3 weeks to keep seeing results

I was thinking of "wider" and bigger -- still feminine, as opposed to being too muscular up top.

I was picturing Mocha Lee's frame (she has that widened, "expanded" look)

upper body workout. I know Ki-Toy wasn't always built that way because I recently saw an old photo of her (which I desperately tried to find for you) when she was very slender. In her words, "skinny." She says she's very dedicated to her fitness regime (as you can see).

I am so fortunate to have found your website.

I am especially grateful that you address women with concerns about a sagging chest area. (Particularly those as young as 30-something.) I will soon start body-building and would like to know this:

I've noticed some women body-builders flatten out but others seem to really expand their chest area. Could you please explain this and advise which exercises/machines can help the chest look more expanded, if not only your suggested exercises demonstrated on this site?

Hi There
I am a 30 yo mother of 2 daughters.i just gave birth my 2nd child 7 months ago,my weight now 60 kg n height 153.im an Asian woman.i struggle to loose weight even i do diet n little bit exercise.my weight just go like yoyo,60-59-58 n go back to 60 again.I had breakfast oatmeal or diet drink with 200 calorie.n normal lunch,rice,vegie n meat/chicken n dinner i had those drink again.i do treadmill 3 times a week for half an hour.my tummy still flabby n my shoulder n back is so thick.i feel very bad abt my self.do u think its possible if i get my weight back like before im pregnant?i was 45 kg.thanks alot.

Hello. Just found your site. I have a
pot belly growing. I am a 19 year old male in the US Army.I am up and on my feet for about 17 hours a day, yet I still have a ugly gut and fat around my pecks.I eat a basically zero. Every thing I eat has less then 1% fat. No matter what I do I cant loss this bulge.I do exercise everyday at unit PT in the mourning and after work on my own time.It is mostly running . I have started some wieght lifting. I want nothing more to to get a flat belly and chest. I am unable to do some of the things civilians can do to loss wieght. What can I do to lose this fat.

WOW! This has been the best site I have come across since I have "modified my eating habits and lifestyle" - I do not call it a diet! I enjoy the videos showing the correct way to handle the weights; I have been working on my underarms for about three weeks now and there is a difference! Lost one inch I believe! Hello Adrian, I been following your fat loss plan and it has been working GREAT for me. I love the Calorie Calculator feature, now I'm all into not exceeding my calories and eating the right kind of foods. My question is, is the plan as effective if instead of splitting the meals into six I split them into 4 or 5? Would it work the same? Because with my schedule I would be eating meal #6 at around 10pm and I go to bed around 11 so I dont want to eat at that time because #1 It's too late and #2 because just a few weeks into following your plan I just dont feel hungry at night anymore, which is great because I was a very late night binger but the downside is that I'm consuming a lot less calories than I should be because I end up skipping meal #6 or sometimes both 5 and 6 and I dont want to hit a plateu. Thats why I was thinking of splitting my meals into either 4 or 5, what do you think?

Here's the problem I'm having! I'm now back to 126lbs. This is what I've been most of my life! The diets are easy for me because I love fruits and veggies and I'm not big on over eating! But, I still have a some lower ab flab and inner thigh flab that just don't want to go away? I've been doing your exercises and it just don't want to budge! I asked my boyfriend,how can you lose weight and still keep the fat in these areas? And he said that I was losing muscle tissue! Is this true? And what can I do or take to correct this problem? Hi,

I am so impressed with this site. I have bookmarked it and am frequently here to read what it takes to lose weight. I came across your lose weight quickly in 3 weeks. I have that much time before my 10 yr anniversary and want to look hotter. I am going to start the 3 week plan tomorrow. I have to pick up the protein in the morning. HOW DO I MANAGE WEIGHT LOSS WHEN WORKING 7PM TO 7 AM? MY SCHEDULE IS REALLY MESSED UP AND I DON'T GET ALOT OF SLEEP. SOMETIMES I AM UP FOR 24-36 HOURS AT A TIME.

Hello, I just ran across your site and really like the activity calculator. Thanks for putting that on here. I weigh 265 pounds and need/want to loose at least 140 pounds. Have started on Weight watchers, but was wondering what is the best way to loose the weight faster. My fiance said he wants to be able to pick me up and we will be married in 6 months. He is away overseas right now and would love to surprise him with my weight loss. I know I wont be able to loose all of the weight in that time but any advice and help would be much apreciated.
