Hi im from Mexico, i weight like 235 pounds, im 5'7 - 5'8 and im 32.. i work from 8 am to 530 pm, so i Will do some exersice at 5:30 am... i need to loss all that fat from my body im following some kind of meal plan, but i think is a bit to slow!!! can i take something and or do something? i dont know, any suplement or something? help!!

I'm 14 and 5'6" and i weigh 185 pounds, I'm trying to lose 50 pounds by december, but because of school and work i find it hard to fit exercise in. i was also wondering if there is any pills or supliments that will help speed up the process of weight loss. Are there any specific foods that will help me lose weight if i eat only those foods?

Hi Adrian, I am 34, weigh 285 and I'm 5'7"... I am trying to lose weight fast, don't have allot of time, and/or energy, can't stay focused because I've tried everything except HCG and a liquid diet.... I have a planet fitness membership but haven't been able to go... I don't eat that much, eat fruits in the mornings and a meal at night like chicken or fish, and trying to stop eating red meats so much... I have a vacation coming up in September....what do I do...I look bloated and haven't been feeling well....Help!!!

I've been reading through the site and everything sounds great. I'm only 17, 5'3.5" and I weigh 148, I've lost 7 pounds since starting my new job back in May. I realize that I'm not drastically heavy but I'm looking to feel more comfortable in my own skin and to look and feel healthier. My goal weight for now is 130, it may change as I get closer to it, I work pretty often and will be juggling that with college here soon. What's a good diet and exercise plan for a girl my age with such a hectic schedule? Thank you very much! I'm loving what I'm reading!

Adrian! Thank you for your site.. I'm 10 weeks in and I've gone from 192lbs to 162lbs following all the info on your site. I've drastically changed my diet and I'm working out every day. But... I've hit a hurdle... I'm stuck at 160-162lbs now for the last two weeks... I'm not losing any more weight and I should be.. I definitely am gaining muscle slowly... I'm not using any supplements except protein, a multivitamin and fish oil... As of right now, Monday I do upper body, usually push ups/pull ups/curls/dips 20min of HIIT, Tuesday I ride my bike 25-30 miles, Weds, Lower body, Lunges/Squats/ 20 mins of HIIT. Thursday 25-30 mile ride, Friday Abs, Situps,Crunches,Planks,Thrusts, 20 min of HIIT, Saturday 15 min of HIIT, and a 15 mile bike ride, Saturday 25-30 mile ride. ... My chest isn't defined, and I kinda have man boobs sort of lol... Anything I should do diferently? Should I take xenadrine? Any more advice would be greatly appreciated... Your videos are extremely motivating, and I've never felt better in my whole life, and I definitely look great. I wanna take it to the next level now.

I forgot maybe I should post my diet. I'm eating a half cup of oatmeal and a scoop of my protein for breakfast. Scoop of protein, tablespoon of natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread after workouts, 4oz of grilled chicken, and 4oz of sweet potato for my 3rd meal, 4oz of grilled chicken/or a can of dry tuna with 3 cups of spinach or broccoli for my 4th meal, and a banana/apple/other fruit and a scoop of protein for my 5th meal.

I am 5'8''... I definitely still have fat left to lose, my BMI if it's correct is 24.3, and it's visible in the mirror... I don't believe I'm some psycho who will never think I'm skinny enough, but I still have some fat on my thighs, stomach and chest area that I would like to lose. I definitely notice a huge difference than when I started and I've definitely gotten stronger and gained some muscle, but I really wanna lose my love handles, chest, and thigh fat.

I am currently on my way to losing weight. As of date, I have lost 16 pounds. I began taking Tonalin CLA and i was wondering if it was safe to take Xenadrine or Hydroxycut at the same time as the Tonalin. Will there be side effects to taking both? Thanks Kifa

My names brie, i am 68cm tall, weigh 74ks and I'd like to lose atleast 10ks in the next month. I exercise two to three times a week, work two jobs full time and am a vegetarian, so I naturally eat well. Also lactose intolerant and currently on no supplements.
I tend to bulk up and create muscle when I exercise harder, not lose weight. You've done a great job with tips for everyone so far... What would you recommend for me?
I've looked at acai berries and other pills but I need some help!

I am 21 years of age 265 pounds about 6ft 1in and I recently started a 1hr30 min gym session four times a week to work on my man boobs and my love handles and belly nd buttocks...long and short I'm very out of shape. I am also taking protein shakes twice a day...Am I going about this the right way

Hi there, I have always been an athlete... very strong muscle, never skinny. However since high school I have gained a great about of weight I am about 176 right now and I definitely feel awful.... I really need help and also I've been trying synedrex to help with my weight loss. What is your opinion on that, versus the xenadrine, lipo 6 or hydroxy cut ... It seems as though that nothing is working anymore and I'm 19 years old! Advise please!!

Hi there, thanks again for your time. Ok my diet have of course not been great but recently Ive stared working out again and trying to go between weight watchers diet and just low calorie and healthy food. At the gym I try to do a warm up on the stairs or elliptical or about 10-12 minutes then I do a circuit train (trainers told me to do about 10 of moderated struggle and 3 reps. Then I try to go do more cardio however 10 minutes of it and Im exhausted. My focus is to really just drop the weight.. I am very strong and can bulk up easy and already have muscle its the the extra weight and fat that has added up the fast year or so. As far as a my diet last week I for example Id have a protein shake or 1-2 over easy eggs with 1 or 2 pieces of turkey bacon.. lunch Id have a 45 calorie wheat bread grilled sandwich with turkey a little mayo and mustard and cheese... a few wheat crackers with block cheese... dinner grilled chicken gyro with a side greek salad and the dressing is olive oil based. Not to mention I had been at the gym busting my butt for 5 days also taking yoga classes and some ab classes .. and for the 5 days the scale did not go down one pound at all!!!! If you could please give me advise Id be so grateful! Thanks so much!

My Specialist at the hospital has told me i have to lose at least 15kg as i have osteoparosis and the excess weight isn't helping matters with my spine, what do you recommend i do as i will feel so much better in myself. I'm also worried which exercises to do, please help as i would like to prove to my specialist i'm as serious about losing this weight as i am having this illness.

My name is Josh, just your average Joe from Chitown trying to help others starting a new you is all.
OK, Forget the pills, drinks, & all other BS gimmicks! You lose weight by eating & exercising right PERIOD! I'm in my 14th day & have lost 16lbs already! I'm 37yrs old, starting weight 237lbs "guys weigh less it may take more time to lose the same amount as I have to start from beginning to end within 30 days".
This is what I'm doing. Be prepared, the 1st 4 to 5 days suck because your body is adjusting to something new & keeps telling you "EAT THIS & THAT because that is what I'm use too & I want it now"!
Be tough, these 1st few days, the hunger period goes away real quick! Just keep thinking in your head (You want this because?) you & your husband have set a goal right! 30 days is NOTHING! YOU CAN DO THIS!
Breakfast = 3 scrambled egg whites scrambled, 1 banana, 1 celery stick, 1 8oz glass of ice cold water.
Lunch = 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 peach, pear, or plum "a fruit you like". You can also do strawberries, grapes, anything in the fruit group, nothing more then a hand full. 8oz of ice cold water.
Dinner = Anything 400 calories or less, and 1 handful of your favorite fruit or vegetable.
45mins to 1hr of cardio! I go to the gym & hit the treadmill, (if you have one at home even better) pick your pace at 1st, keep it atleast 3mph, incline every 5 mins to what you feel comfortable with,try to burn 300 to 400 calories per day) Also, drink a minimum of 12oz to 16oz of ice cold water during & after your cardio workout.
4 hrs before bed snack... any 2 handfuls of your favorite fruits or vegetables 8oz of ice water.
Listen, YOU CAN DO THIS! Like I said, the 1st few days really do suck but after about the 5th day, you REALLY start to feel like a million bucks & your (I want to eat this right now felling) shrinks tremendously!
After 5 days YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS! And when you get on that scale & see the 1st 5 to 10 lbs lost in your 1st few days, man does it feel rewarding! :-)
