IN PHASE FIVE YOU WILL ALSO DO TWO WORKOUTS, BUT IN PHASE FIVE THE WORKOUTS ARE DONE AT DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THE DAY. INSTEAD OF DOING THE ACTIVITIES BACK-TO-BACK LIKE YOU DID IN PHASE FOUR, YOU NOW DO ONE WORKOUT AND THEN WAIT FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE DOING THE SECOND WORKOUT. DO ONE MODERATE OR HIGH INTENSITY ACTIVITY FOR 30-45min AND ONE MODERATE OR LOW INTENSITY ACTIVITY FOR 30-60min EACH DAY. FOR EXAMPLE YOU MAY WALK FOR 30min AT A MODERATE INTENSITY BEFORE YOU GO TO WORK IN THE MORNING AND THEN COME HOME AND PLAY WITH YOUR KIDS FOR 30min AFTER YOU GET OFF WORK. EACH DAY YOU WORKOUT FOR 60-105min. TO MOVE ON TO PHASE 6 MUST WORKOUT FOR 900+ MINUTES. |
