3 other ways to lose weight fast...

1. CHEW your food longer and lose weight faster

You should chew everything you eat at least 8-12 times. Eat slowly. Your body doesn't realize that you've had enough to eat until several minutes after you've had it.

If you eat too fast...

You'll fill yourself up and possibly eat more on top of that.

Studies show the body is accustomed to an average numbers of chews per mouthful. If you chew your food more than usual, not only will you eat more slowly, but also you'll trick your body into thinking it's had more to eat.

2. Eat and run walk

Take a 5-10 minute walk after each meal.

It doesn't have to be a walk, but any activity will do.

The reason you should do this is because it increases the amount of calories you burn during digestion.

You don't have to do something after all your meals...I would start off by doing something for 10 minutes only after 3 of your 6 meals. This way you'll get in the recommend 30 minutes of daily activity you need to lose weight.

3. Say "So that" Everyday

Ask yourself Why you want to lose weight and after you come up with a reason why... Just keep on saying SO THAT.

For example - Why Do you want to lose weight...

Can you see what's happening here?

The more times you say SO THAT the more and more motivated you'll become to lose weight. I don't know about you but...

If you can come up with at least three SO THAT'S  - nothing will stop you from losing weight.

7 days a week is too much - think about increasing intensity and doing 3-to-5 times a week

Hi! I first would like to tell you I love-love-love this web site!!! Thank you so much! I would like to know if I can jog 30 min 7 days a week or do I need some down time? I do strenght training 3x a week and other actives like zumba and kick boxing. I'm at a stand still on my weight loss and I want to kick it up by jogging instead of walking.

hi! i had a couple of questions. I am 200lbs and i want to lose 40lbs by july, If i ate 1,200-1,500 calories a day and did a 45min work out 6times a day would it help any? What workoiuts can i use to keep my butt in shape?

Yes - doing what you have laid out will help you lose weight and go here if you ever hit a weight loss plateau but...

I am 5'6" and weigh 171 lbs. I swim for 40 minutes every other day in the morning and then I walk every day for 2 miles and do a light jog for 1 mile between my walking laps. I want to lose 30 lbs by the end of August. My problem is I am starving all day long. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and have one snack of fruit between meals but Im still hungry and not losing any weight. I try to stay under 1500 cal per day. Any suggestions?
