3 other ways to lose weight fast...

1. CHEW your food longer and lose weight faster

You should chew everything you eat at least 8-12 times. Eat slowly. Your body doesn't realize that you've had enough to eat until several minutes after you've had it.

If you eat too fast...

You'll fill yourself up and possibly eat more on top of that.

Studies show the body is accustomed to an average numbers of chews per mouthful. If you chew your food more than usual, not only will you eat more slowly, but also you'll trick your body into thinking it's had more to eat.

2. Eat and run walk

Take a 5-10 minute walk after each meal.

It doesn't have to be a walk, but any activity will do.

The reason you should do this is because it increases the amount of calories you burn during digestion.

You don't have to do something after all your meals...I would start off by doing something for 10 minutes only after 3 of your 6 meals. This way you'll get in the recommend 30 minutes of daily activity you need to lose weight.

3. Say "So that" Everyday

Ask yourself Why you want to lose weight and after you come up with a reason why... Just keep on saying SO THAT.

For example - Why Do you want to lose weight...

Can you see what's happening here?

The more times you say SO THAT the more and more motivated you'll become to lose weight. I don't know about you but...

If you can come up with at least three SO THAT'S  - nothing will stop you from losing weight.

7 days a week is too much - think about increasing intensity and doing 3-to-5 times a week

Hi! I first would like to tell you I love-love-love this web site!!! Thank you so much! I would like to know if I can jog 30 min 7 days a week or do I need some down time? I do strenght training 3x a week and other actives like zumba and kick boxing. I'm at a stand still on my weight loss and I want to kick it up by jogging instead of walking.

hi! i had a couple of questions. I am 200lbs and i want to lose 40lbs by july, If i ate 1,200-1,500 calories a day and did a 45min work out 6times a day would it help any? What workoiuts can i use to keep my butt in shape?

Yes - doing what you have laid out will help you lose weight and go here if you ever hit a weight loss plateau but...

You need to cut your calories further to lose the weight if you are not losing weight at your current calorie intake or you need to increase your exercise to burn and additional 500 calories above what you are taking in. Or both if you want to be hardcore lol

I find for me..my body burns 1500 on its own per day. If I cut to 500-1000 calories I lose weight (1-2 pounds per week)

Also never eat after 5pm as your metabolism slows after this point in the day.

Also watch the kinds of food you are eating for your main meals: Eat more protein than carbs and avoid salts and sugars.

l really thank God for this website, please help me, my belly is gets big when l eat just a small portion of fruits or food. l don't know what the problem is, it makes me atimes l would'nt want to eat so that my belly will not be big. what will l do please?

I am 16 years old i been trying to lose weight for i dont know how long.My main problem is is that when i try to do a diet i'll push it to another day. For example say if i started today ill eat some icecream and since i've already messed up for that day i'll push it to the day after to start my diet and so on and so on.Another problem i have is that i'll exercise but then i dont diet, or ill diet but i wont exercise and reading your tips are helping me out ive actually started again today and i ate a cookie today but im still going to diet and exercise for the rest of the day im trying to eat ALOT of protein and only drink milk and water cause thats all thats in my mom and dads house right now thats actually healthy.. thats another reason my diets dont work it beacuse my mom and dad buy things that arent healthy and my dad limits me to what i eat in the afternoon.

I am 5'6" and weigh 171 lbs. I swim for 40 minutes every other day in the morning and then I walk every day for 2 miles and do a light jog for 1 mile between my walking laps. I want to lose 30 lbs by the end of August. My problem is I am starving all day long. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and have one snack of fruit between meals but Im still hungry and not losing any weight. I try to stay under 1500 cal per day. Any suggestions?
