Step 1
Since I can't see you... let’s pretend you weigh 200 lbs.
The first thing I would do is figure out how much food you can eat without gaining weight and to do that...
Your body only needs but so much energy to survive and whenever you eat too much your body says…
“I'm just going to take all this extra energy you ate and store it as fat”
And whenever you go on a diet or starve yourself your body goes into survival mode and says…
“Oh god, you're going on another diet – you're not going to feed me…""So I better slow down my metabolism, burn less calories, and hold onto to more fat!”
All You have to do lose weight is...
Eat just enough (not too much to get fat and not too little to hold onto fat ) to make your body say…
“Okay, I already burned all the calories from the food you ate so know I have to burn up your fat for energy”
And in the next 3 Steps I'm going to show you...
And the reason why you'll gain weight is because...
Step 2 - Forcing Your Body To Burn Fat
Remember, in this example you weight 200 lbs. and you need to eat 2500 calories a day to maintain your weight.
What if you eat 1750 calories a day or 750 less calories than you need to maintain your weight?
If you eat 750 less calories a day x 7 days… you will burn 5000 calories a week or 1½ lbs. of fat a week which adds up to 78 pounds a year!
Warning: DO NOT cut more than 750-1000 calories a day from your diet because it will cause your body to hold onto fat and not burn it.
Step 3 - Increasing Your Metabolism To Burn More Fat
Step 4
You must repeat steps 1-3 every time you lose a pound because...
