Did J-Lo really lose 40 lbs. in only 4 weeks after giving birth?

It's true she lost 40 pounds but it took her over 2 months (she had her twins Feb. 22, 2008) and most of the weight she lost was due to her pregnancy (women tend lose at least 12 pounds giving birth to just 1 baby – she had twins!) and...

Many of those false reports will have you believe J-Lo lost all her 40 pounds in 4 weeks by getting up at 4am in the morning EVERYDAY to workout for 3 hours straight (1 hour pilates,1 hour weights, 1 hour cardio) while on a low-carb diet

Here's 5 reasons why I think those reports of J-Lo's fast weight loss are false...

  1. There's no way Jennifer Lopez could have the energy to workout daily for 3 hours plus take care of twins all while on a low-carb diet and...
  2. Even the low carb diet would make her so irritable she wouldn't even wont to be around her twins but let's say she did have the willpower to do this grueling workout
  3. At the very most Jennifer Lopez would lose 10 pounds her first week doing this plan but her weight loss (and her metabolism) would slow down making her lose only about 3-to-5 pounds a week and...
  4. Even If she was losing 10 pounds a week – half of that was water muscle and even worse...
  5. If she lost all 40 pounds from her 3-hour daily workout plan and low-carb diet – I can almost guarantee you she'll gain all that weight back because her cravings for carbs will be high and her metabolism will be slowed down
