Did this with the Ripped in 10 workout. I did dips on a dip bar instead of pushups this time. 12 min. flat. Thanks! Love these vids!

I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks, and just tried this for the first time tonight. I did the Ripped in 10 min workout you did before I did it. It took me 13:55. Thanks for the sweat! LOVE your workouts!
