Hello Adrian,

I'm 51 yrs old 6"3' and weigh 180. I'd like to loos about 20-25
lbs of fat and gain 30-40lbs of muscle. The program guide says I should have bout 3000 cal in my diet. Witch of your programs (cardio
muscle gain) do you suggest? Thx
