Whey protein

    When I buy whey protein shakes (even the cheapest kind) they always contain at least 90% protein in them. This means a 200 calorie whey protein shake will have only 20 calories of carbs or fat in it.

    But you can get whey protein that is 95-100% protein.

i usually mix 8oz of soymilk with a banana and ice on the blender.
